17. Prohibition on Travel : No person without the written permission of  the warden shall be allowed to enter or travel (walk) or to move any vehicle or transport including Yak, Mule (Khachchad) within the park since Seven P.M. in the evening to Five A.M. in the morning. Provided, It shall not restrict the local persons or the persons of the village where can only be reached through the park or the Government employee to enter into the park at any time for the purpose of their duty.
